Hemp plant, Amsterdam DRI projects amongst major regional grant bids

4 proposals across Montgomery County have been named priority projects going into the state’s regional financial improvement grant procedure this year.

The Mohawk Valley Regional Financial Improvement Council designated 30 proposals across its six-county location as priority projects for the ninth round of the statewide REDC Awards. 

This year’s regional priority projects seek $22 million from the state to help practically $179 million in proposed investments.
